Safety Campaign. Trinity Metro Blog.

MAKE YOUR MOVE

Committed to safety

Trinity Metro is requiring all employees and customers to wear face masks, covering their nose and mouth, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you are looking for more information regarding face coverings, click here.

The safety of our employees, customers and community is top priority. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, precautions have been implemented to safeguard the health of everyone. This includes enhanced cleaning protocols encompassing increased frequency of disinfecting high-touch areas on vehicles and across facilities, reducing vehicle capacity to promote social distancing, and by installing transparent barriers on board buses to separate bus operators from customers who are boarding and paying fares.

Trinity Metro customers in need of face masks should see the customer care representatives at the ticket sales kiosk at Fort Worth Central Station. Trinity Metro ENVOY and operations staff will also be available throughout the system for those in need of face masks.

What’s new at Trinity Metro?

A Better Connection. Trinity Metro Blog.

A Better Connection

Trinity Metro is redesigning its bus network to create A Better Connection. To make real improvements, we are reconsidering the entire network – adding services, examining single routes and intersection of service times, locations and destinations in our growing city.

We need your input on how to make the system work for you today and in the years to come. During the month of August, we will be collecting input from our customers through a survey and online public meetings. Our ENVOY team will also be on board our buses and trains to get input from you. If you would like to receive the latest news related to our bus system redesign delivered to your inbox, use the link below to subscribe to our e-mail list.
