Trinity Metro EnvoyThe Trinity Metro Transit ENVOY travel training program provides the skills, confidence, and independence to get passengers where they need to go. The team offers personal, step-by-step instructions on how to effectively use Trinity Metro’s transit system. The program, which can be customized to meet the requestor’s needs, walks participants through how to travel via bus, TEXRail, ZIPZONE, and ACCESS paratransit service.

When you see any of the Trinity Metro ENVOY team members on board or at one of our stations, make sure to say hi and share with them any questions that you may have about our services and how to use them to navigate the city.

Glenn has been part of the Trinity Metro family for the past 22 years. What he likes the most about being a Trinity Metro ENVOY is interacting with our passengers and help them make their move.

If you ask Glenn, why he uses Trinity Metro services, he will tell you “you will be surprised how convenient it is.” If you are up for the challenge, ride The Dash to visit his favorite restaurant in town, Riscky’s BAR-B-Q.

Evelia has been a part of the Trinity Metro family for the past 5 years. Evelia’s favorite part of her job is being able to educate the community about public transportation and to introduce them to services they may not know about. A restaurant Evelia would like riders to discover? Molcajetes located inside La Gran Plaza. Riders can get there riding Route 1, Route 5a or Route 72.

Advice she would give a new rider? “Don’t be scared to try public transportation. There are always different resources that will help guide you to your destination, including Envoy assistance.”

Trinity Metro Blog Meet the ENVOY Team JuanitaJUANITA

Juanita has been a part of the Trinity Metro family for 15 years. Her favorite part about her job is being able to explore and learn Fort Worth and the surrounding Metropolitan areas on public transit. This allows her to provide better customer services for riders. Juanita recommends riding Route 25 to Texas Roadhouse.

Juanita advises riders to try public transit at least once. Do not let fear stop you from learning an important life skill. She also encourages riders to try Envoy travel training to help make their first time riding a good experience.

RICKY

Ricky has been a part of the Trinity Metro family for 22 years. He says the best part of his job is seeing people training riders on how to be independent using transit and seeing them be successful at it.

Ricky advises using public transit to help riders save money on transportation, parking and gas. Ricky uses Route 15 to enjoy Mediterranean food at Byblos.

Mia has been part of the Trinity Metro team for the past 8 years. When asked about what she loves the most about being a Trinity Metro ENVOY, she said “It’s always an adventure! You get to meet so many different people, you get to do travel training and help others travel around the City of Fort Worth on our many buses and trains while also learning a great deal for yourself.”

In her free time, Mia loves reading visiting different places.
