Customers traveling anywhere within the zone can use their smartphones to request a ride using the ZIPZONE app. Trinity Metro’s newest ZIPZONE serves the Mercantile Center area, bringing employees closer to their work sites. Customers can use the ZIPZONE service to connect with other Trinity Metro services such as TEXRail and Trinity Metro buses.

Requesting a ride in the Mercantile Center area is easy. Simply download the Trinity Metro ZIPZONE app from the app store on your smartphone and create an account. Ride on the bus or TEXRail, as you normally would and when you are ready to request your ride, use the Trinity Metro ZIPZONE app to do it.
