BUS STOP IMPROVEMENTS

BUS STOP IMPROVEMENTS

Trinity Metro is taking steps to improve the local bus stops along Hemphill with various amenities, including upgraded LED lighting, seating, larger waste receptacles, and digital displays with real-time bus tracking and customer information. These improvements enhance the passenger experience by providing a more comfortable and convenient environment while waiting for their bus. The addition of real-time bus tracking and customer information displays also makes it easier for passengers to plan their trip and ensure that they’ve arrived at their bus stop on time.

Passengers can access these improved bus stops by riding bus route 1 along Hemphill Street from West Allen Avenue to West Vickery Boulevard. On-site survey participants will also enjoy a GoPass promo code redeemable for a FREE Trinity Metro local 31-day ticket, giving them access to Trinity Metro’s local bus routes, ZIPZONE and TEXRail services. This offer is an excellent opportunity for passengers to explore the city and take advantage of all that Trinity Metro has to offer. These improvements and incentives are part of Trinity Metro’s recently convened task force, which strives to continually improve public transportation ridership and to provide a better quality of life for the residents of Tarrant County.
