For Persons with Disabilities
To obtain a reduced ticket identification card, persons with disabilities should bring a Medicare card, current Social Security benefits award letter, or VA benefits award letter and a valid State of Texas ID or driver’s license with a picture, or a VA ID card with “Service Connected” written under the picture, to one of the addresses listed below to obtain a reduced ticket identification card.
Persons with disabilities who do not meet these criteria must visit one of Trinity Metro’s approved certifying agencies to obtain a completed and signed green reduced ticket registration card, which should be taken to one of the addresses listed below to obtain a reduced ticket identification card.

Photo ID Cards
Photo ID cards cost $2. If you lose or misplace your photo ID card, a $10 fee will be charged to replace the card. Photo ID cards will be replaced if you are in the current database and the card has not expired.
Renewing
Reduced ticket identification cards are valid for six months, one or two years. When your card expires you will need to re-qualify with a certifying agency and obtain a new green reduced ticket registration card.
Youth (ages 5–19)
Youth between the ages of 5 and 19 are eligible for a reduced rate of $1 for a one-way ticket, which can be purchased at the kiosk at Fort Worth Central Station, Trinity Metro Storefront or on the bus or train. A one-day ticket can be purchased for $2.50

For Senior Citizens
Persons 65 years of age and older qualify for a lifetime reduced ticket photo ID card.
To obtain a lifetime reduced ticket photo ID card bring proof of age (a valid State of Texas ID, Driver’s License, Medicare card or birth certificate) to a location listed below.

The NextBus app gives you the real-time service information – and the convenience – you need to navigate Trinity Metro’s public transportation services.
The NextBus app is free and once you download it, simply follow the menu to find the service and routes you need.
The times shown indicate how many minutes before the next bus arrives.

The GoPass app is an easy way to get your tickets on the go! Download it for free on your mobile device.
All you have to do is register your device within the GoPass app and then you’re ready to purchase your tickets, which will be delivered to your phone as “Not Yet Activated.” You can purchase tickets up to 60 days in advance.
Please remember to activate your ticket before boarding and show the ticket on your smart phone to the bus driver or fare enforcement officer. Customers should also note that only the GoPass mobile app payment is valid on Trinity Metro services in Tarrant County.
