Trinity Metro provides an extensive employee wellness program to encourage and support behavior changes, increase physical, mental and financial well-being, reduce absenteeism, and increase employee satisfaction.
Trinity Metro has a 3,000 square foot wellness center on site that is fully equipped (cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, free weights and exercise class room) and is staffed with a full-time Health & Wellness Manager.
