Bicyclists, skateboarders, skaters and scooter fans get ready. Celebrate all the healthy ways to make your move at Near Southside, Inc.’s Open Streets. There will be free family-friendly fun from 120+ activity providers and a market featuring locally-handmade artisan items. Overall, enjoy a community play-day.

Presented by Trinity Metro, Open Streets is a chance to enjoy food trucks, yoga classes, face-painters and so much more.

Cowtown Goes Green this Saturday

Don’t drive, RIDE TEXRail to celebrate the city’s largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration, Cowtown Goes Green, at the Fort Worth Stockyards this Saturday, March. 16. Events begin at 11:30 a.m. with the parade starting at 4:15 p.m. Make a day of it and take TEXRail to the North Side Station, then a quick ride on bus route 12 or 14. Parking is free for 20 hours at most of our stations. Have a fun trip coming up? Eliminate the stress of driving or trying to find parking by taking TEXRail to DFW Airport. TEXRail takes you right into Terminal B, via entry B43. If you’re not flying out of Terminal B, you can get to your departure terminal by taking DFW Airport’s Terminal Link on the upper level.
