The Trinity Metro Community Outreach and Transit ENVOY teams are happy to assist you and your community organization with education on our services. We are committed to the communities we serve and strive to make every customer’s experience with Trinity Metro a positive one. We have a variety of programs to help you with your transit needs. Transit 101
Many people are interested in riding public transportation, but they aren’t sure where to start. The Trinity Metro outreach team is here to help! With a short training session, they can provide the tools and resources needed to get on board. Transit 101 is a 30-minute transit education program that teaches individuals how to use bus and rail services in Tarrant County.
Operation LifeSaver
Nothing is more important than your safety. Our Operation Lifesaver rail safety presentation, which is available for all age groups, provides education to help reduce the likelihood of collisions on or near railroad tracks. This 20-minute lifesaving training teaches individuals how to stay safe whether they are walking, biking or driving near trains and tracks.
Travel Training
The Trinity Metro Transit ENVOY travel training program provides the skills, confidence and independence to get passengers where they need to go. The team offers personal, step-by-step instructions on how to effectively use Trinity Metro’s transit system. The program, which can be customized to meet the requestor’s needs, walks participants through how to travel via Trinity Metro bus, TEXRail and On-Demand services.
Community Events
Trinity Metro loves to participate in community events and to engage with both current and future riders. It’s a fun way to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to the communities we serve.
