TEXRAIL STATION ART – GRAPEVINE/MAIN STREET

ARTIST: Steve Hunter

When creating artwork for Grapevine/Main Street Station, artist Steve Hunter looked for ways to spotlight the many reasons that Grapevine is a popular destination. His overall nostalgic look fits in nicely with the backdrop of Hotel Vin.

“Step Back in Time” and “Nostalgia is Mine” reflect the city’s history and rich tradition with railroads. “Wine & Dine” shares a glimpse of why many tourists visit Grapevine throughout the year.

From golfing to hiking, Grapevine is popular with outdoor enthusiasts. Hunter features a variety of activities with “Birdie the Nine,” “Nature Time” and “Cast a Line.” The artist gives a nod to the city’s musical entertainment and holiday celebrations with “Rhythm & Rhyme” and “Christmas Divine.”
