Trinity Metro On-Demand has resumed regular operations following service modifications due to a national recall. The agency worked closely with VIA, the contractor for On-Demand service, to ensure minimal disruptions and to resume operations as quickly as possible. As always, customer safety is of the utmost importance.
Chrysler recently issued a national recall for some of their 2022-2024 Voyager and Pacifica vehicles to fix a potential issue with side curtain airbags. Trinity Metro uses some of these vehicles as part of the Trinity Metro On-Demand fleet, alongside several other minivan models.
Not all of the vehicles in service will have the same look because they are temporary additions to the fleet. Riders should match the license plate shown in the app to the vehicle that arrives.
