Trinity Metro Service Advisory – Weather Impacts

Inclement weather is beginning to impact and delay Trinity Metro services and is expected to continue affecting operations now and for the foreseeable future. Customers should plan ahead and anticipate service delays.

Current service impacts include:

  • TEXRail is operating on an hourly service schedule.
  • Trinity Metro Bus: Some routes have transitioned to Ice Routes due to roadway conditions.
  • Trinity Metro On-Demand and Paratransit services are operating on a normal schedule at this time.

Trinity Metro teams are closely monitoring weather and road conditions and will continue to adjust service as conditions change, with the safety of our customers and team members as our top priority.

Customers who require assistance may contact Trinity Metro Customer Support at 817.215.8600 until 8 p.m. this evening and on Sunday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m

Before Heading Out: 

  • Stay informed by visiting RideTrinityMetro.org/Weather, monitoring Trinity Metro Alerts, GoPass alerts, and Trinity Metro social media channels for the most up-to-date service information.
  • Allow extra time and plan for possible delays 
  • Watch for temporary stop changes and detours 
  • Use caution on platforms, sidewalks, and at stops—surfaces may be slippery 
  • Wear clothing that is appropriate for the weather conditions.
