TEXRail standardizing boarding locations

(FORT WORTH, TEXAS) March 13, 2023 – At TEXRail stations in North Richland Hills and Grapevine, new track designations will provide consistent boarding information for passengers. Each track will be designated for westbound trains to Fort Worth or eastbound trains to DFW Airport.

“Customers provided feedback about boarding, and we are happy to implement these changes April 1 to enhance the customer experience,” said Jon-Erik “AJ” Arjanen, vice president of rail. “The delineation of track directions will offer clarity and consistency for TEXRail riders.”
