Trinity Metro offers a variety of affordable and convenient tickets to get you where you want to go. Click here for information on where to purchase tickets or to buy your ticket online.

Local tickets include all Trinity Metro buses, TEXRail, TRE West Zone to CentrePort and, ZIPZONE. 

Regional tickets include all services in Tarrant, Dallas, and Denton counties.

Reduced tickers are available (with a valid ID) for seniors 65+, persons with disabilities, Medicare cardholders, and youth ages 5-19.

STROLLERS ON BOARD

For safety reasons, all children must be removed from strollers and placed in a seat or held. Strollers and carts must be stored so that they do not block the aisles.

Personal belongings should be able to fit on your lap, under your seat, or immediately in front of you on the bus.

Enjoy your ride, but please remember that passengers are encouraged to be responsible and limit rides on trips to get them to or from their destinations. We welcome you to enjoy our bus system, and we are glad to have you! Riders using an ACCESS photo ID must board and exit with their attendants at the same location at the same time.

BIKE RACKS

Sometimes, two wheels aren’t enough. That’s why all our buses are equipped with racks. Bike passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their bikes, and for notifying the bus driver upon exiting. If the rack is full, bicyclists are not allowed to bring their bikes onboard.

CLIMB ON AND TAKE A SEAT

Federal regulations prohibit bus operation with any passengers standing ahead of the yellow or white floor lines. If seats are available, please use them. Handrails are available to use when seats are full and it is necessary to stand.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals that meet requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or pets transported in approved carriers are permitted on Trinity Metro buses. Pet carriers must not block the aisles.

REMOVAL OF PASSENGERS

Trinity Metro supervisors, security, or responding law enforcement may remove passengers for failing to adhere to Trinity Metro policies. Please be aware of operational guidelines.

DON’T CAUSE A SCENE

Riding with Trinity Metro should be a convenient and safe experience for all. Please refrain from disruptive behavior including loud talking on cell phones, shouting profanity or insults, playing loud music, throwing objects from the bus, or solicitation of any kind.

SMOKE-FREE ORDINANCE

At Trinity Metro, we’re proud to operate CNG (compressed natural gas) buses to help our city breathe easier. We ask that all of our riders do the same by not using any prohibited tobacco products while onboard buses or on Trinity Metro property. This includes all cigarettes, cigars, pipes as well as e-cigs/vapes, and chewing tobacco.

KEEP FOOD AND BEVERAGE UNDER WRAP

To keep the inside of our buses clean and enjoyable for all passengers, we operate a policy of no eating or drinking on board. Sealed and wrapped food may be transported, but not consumed.
